Shipping, Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy

Shipping policy

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat rate shipping within Australia, based on your order amount. Please note: some products incur additional shipping because of the size.

Orders up to $100 | $15 shipping
Orders between $100 and $499 | $25 shipping
Orders over $500 are shipped free

Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you require Express Shipping.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our shop in Lawnton (Brisbane). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up. We will send you an email when your order is ready.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 5pm on weekdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Shipping to New Zealand is available. Please contact us to arrange.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thetechnoworxstore.com.au  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accest returns for change of mind purchases.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours at info@thetechnoworxstore.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
